Pay Scale and Emoluments
Those selected as Senior Managers for projects shall be appointed in the Pay Scale of Rs.43200-3%-66000 (E-5), whereas the Security Officers shall be appointed at the initial basic pay in the Pay Scale of Rs.32900-3%-58000 (E-3).

Besides Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance, the selected candidates shall also be entitled for PF, Gratuity, Leave encashment, housing/HRA, free medical benefits for self and dependents and other perks & allowances as per rules of the Company in vogue. Pay protection shall be provided to the Candidates coming from the government organizations.

Age Limit
AGE: Born not earlier than January 1, 1963 (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates).
